How much time does it take each day?

Between 8 and 12 minutes per day. Each daily practice is designed to fit into a busy life — a morning routine, a lunch break, or the quiet moment before sleep.

Are these programs a replacement for therapy?

No — and we are clear about that. Daisy Academy programs are wellness education tools, not therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical care, Daisy Clinic’s therapy team is here for that.

What if I miss a day?

You will. Everyone does. Missing a day is not failure — it is just life. All programs are self-paced with lifetime access. Pick up where you left off. No streaks to break, no guilt required.
